Refund policy

At Glameraa, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to provide high-quality fashion products, including clothing, shoes, and handbags for women and men. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must include original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or personal-use items
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged

Our support team will provide return instructions once the request is approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Glameraa is not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refund processing times may vary.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to replace an item are encouraged to place a new order after the return has been approved.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after placement before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
