ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please note that high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally impact processing and shipping times.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery times for orders within the United States are approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information are outside the control of Glameraa.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Currently, Glameraa ships exclusively within the United States.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain regions or addresses for security or operational reasons.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery destination, and order size.
From time to time, Glameraa may offer promotional free shipping campaigns for qualifying orders.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details during checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
Glameraa is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by customers.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Glameraa is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
In the event of significant shipping delays, customers may contact our support team for assistance.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
